Spicy Kadai Paneer

Ingredients:

  • Paneer – 250g (cubed)

  • Onion – 1 (cubed)

  • Capsicum – 1 (cubed)

  • Tomato – 2 (pureed)

  • Sachi Kadai Paneer Masala – 2 tbsp

  • Garlic – 1 tsp (minced)

  • Dried red chilli – 2

  • Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp (optional)

  • Oil – 2 tbsp

  • Salt – to taste

  • Coriander leaves – to garnish

🔥 Instructions:

  1. Heat oil, sauté dried red chillies and garlic.

  2. Add tomato puree and cook till thick.

  3. Mix in Sachi Kadai Paneer Masala, salt, and ketchup (optional).

  4. Add paneer, onions, and capsicum. Toss and cook for 5–7 minutes.

  5. Garnish and serve hot with naan or roti.

Sachi Tip: Lightly roast paneer cubes for extra flavor before adding.
